As seen in the October issue of Our Towne Bethlehem:
September brought our first official "heat wave" of the year. Despite the weather, Jim has been out every day with his fellow candidates knocking on doors connecting with residents and listening to the issues that are important to them. It may be hot out there, but he's not taking a break. All of our residents deserve to be heard. If your paths haven't crossed already, Jim hopes they will soon whether it's while he's going door to door, at a town meeting or other community event, or while he's out at the supermarket. And as always, please feel free to drop Jim a line via his contact page.

Update from Jim: The Spotlight has now posted my letter to the editor from the August 12th print edition. In the original print edition, the Spotlight created their own headline -- "Norman Slide Dems Fault" -- which I feel was inaccurate, unnecessarily divisive along party lines, and missed the point of my letter. Simply put, the headline mischaracterized my position. I don't fault the Democratic Party for the landslide. Rather, it is John Clarkson's administration that is responsible for the landslide and lack of transparency in Town Hall. The Spotlight has since amended the headline to more accurately reflect my views, and has published the article online under the revised title, "Administration's Record Questioned".
